The Working Genius is Patrick Lencioni’s newest teamwork model, which helps people understand how they can contribute to work most effectively. This tool can help individuals, leaders and teams better leverage one another’s strengths and understand how to be both productive and fulfilled at work. I am a certified Working Genius Facilitator

This team building workshop is focused on the Five Behaviors of a Functional Team based on Patrick Lencioni’s book. This workshop is customized to your organization so that you have more productive and cohesive teams. I am a certified Facilitator of 5 Behaviors.

Leadership Communication with DiSC

Leaders with a clear understanding of their individual communication styles, and how they complement or contradict the team dynamic, lead well. In this customizable workshop, everyone completes an Everything DiSC® assessment and learn how that impacts those they lead.

Outcomes of this workshop:

  • Increased understanding of personal behaviors and how they affect the team dynamic.

  • Increased understanding of how stressors and challenges impact communication behavior.

Helping leaders understand instinctive responses and behavior leads to an increase in Emotional Intelligence (EQ) mindset.

In this workshop we uncover different mindsets and share strategies for adapting behavior to be more emotionally intelligent in relationships and conversations.
