About Gretchen
Have we met? I’m the Owner and Founder of Leading Well, a learning and development company that specializes in coaching, keynote and workshop services for individuals and companies who desire to increase their leadership skills and serve others. I’m also the Chief Learning Officer at Threefold creating a climate to grow business through people both personally and professionally. You may have heard me as the podcast host for Made for Impact or my previous podcast show, Make My People Better.
Prior to joining Threefold, I was the VP of Learning and Development at trueU and I worked at ExactTarget/Salesforce, helping services and sales leaders with enablement and employee engagement. I have more than 30 years of leadership, management, and learning and development experience across the technology, financial services, and retail industries.
I am passionate about faith, family, friends and motivating and inspiring people to be their best selves. I believe that by loving people well and acting with grace, you can make an impact on others. I’m always looking for a way to learn something new, share my knowledge, and raise people up. My purpose is to radically love people, connect with them, and serve them to help them reach new heights.
In my free time, I watch movies with family, read books, and I’m an active member of my church, St. Louis de Monfort. My husband Phil, and I have three children and reside in Fishers, Indiana.
